This is to highlight my concern and issue with the Product exchange of my order today which I faced with the Delivery executive. Need immediate action on this and an amount to be refunded back to me.
1.
I ordered 1 mobile through flipkart with exchange of old mobile (Moto G5s plus) with cost of INR 3050.
2. Today the delivery executive verified the mobile and there were nail marks on the backside of the camera and it is not cracked (Attached the 1st snap).
3. Delivery boy has charged additional Rs. 750 post verifying with the senior team lead and his lead was very arrogant on this exchange, if you need you can take or else they will go ahead and reject the order.
i was not expecting this from delivery team as we are spent money and it is very disgusting with the service
4. On Exchange offer, they clearly mentioned that if there is any crack on mobile then we need to pay the difference amount (Attached the conditions mentioned from Flipkart team). But I got charged of 750 for small Marks on the back side of the camera.

I have wasted around 30 mins of time with the executive on arguing on this issue and his team lead was not accepted, and I am very unsatisfied with this Ekart Logistic courier vendor.
6. I don't know how this team leads and executives are working with such a big reputed Flipkart company without having the process knowledge

Ekart Logistics Cons: All is bad, No management that where to send a order for delivery, No resolve issue fast.
