The representative called me back and had a decent conversation with me. Heard my problem and assured that my parcel will be delivered but even after all the assurances provided, my parcel was not delivered.
The issue was with the OTP. The phone number provided on the label is correct but the delivery person was unable to issue an OTP and because of that I am still waiting for my parcel
