Wrong order

I received a wrong order from dressypose. I want return and refund. The customer care number is not working.

Refund is not credited

I am extremely disappointed with the service regarding my refund. It has been quite some time since I initiated the refund process, but the amount is still not credited to my account.

Despite providing all the necessary details and following up multiple times, there has been no resolution.
The customer support team has been unhelpful and keeps asking for the same information repeatedly without giving any clear timeline. This is highly frustrating and unacceptable.

I expected better service and quicker resolution. Please take this matter seriously and process my refund at the earliest.
I do not recommend this service based on my experience.

I booked medicine about Rs 1700 from Flipkart, the delivery of which was on 19th February, but no one called till 21st February, and delivery boy's number is not reachable showing,and this medicine booking time showing in Flipkart but after payment switch to Flipkart Health, now there is no option to cancel, it is visible in the tracking ID that there is no contact with the customer even though no one has called, the service of Flipkart Health is very bad.
