I have ordered reebok epic sandal men grey flats on 6th october 2021.the order id for product was OD123039****0921****.the delivery date of this product was 12th october but delivery date was extended to 12oct-14 oct.On 13th oct this product was out for delivery but wishmaster neither called or texted me nor picked up my call and they didnot delivered the product on 13th oct.The product was out for delivery with this wishmaster for next 3 days but the wishmaster didn't attempted for delivery on folliwing 3 days.On 13th oct i raised complaint against wishmaster for misbehaving and not recieving my call and not calling or texting me for delivery.the flipkart logistic team successfully registered the complaint with incident no IN211012****141663**** and told to resolve it by 20th oct ,9.00PM. But on 20th oct the flipkart team didn't resolve the issue and again told to resolve it by 21st oct ,9.00PM.

today i..e, 21st oct also, the flipkart team didn't resolved the issue.the team neither called me nor made any delivery attempt till now i..e, 21st oct ,10.23 PM.

I want to complain against flipkart logistic and backend team for not resolving my issue till now i..e, within their given date for resolution and again and again delaying the resolution date and delivery date without any proper reason.

I would further like to know that when will my product be delivered.

I am a regular flipkart plus customer and if these type of delays in delivery continues so long then how would i trust flipkart on ordering products.

I would request you to kindly look into this matter and try to deliver the product as soon as possible.I would also request you to take strict actions against all who are involved in this issue so that in future any such type of incident doesn't happen.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
