Two of my orders were supposed to be delivered today. One of the orders was a prepaid tracking id FMPP075471**** and the second one was cash on delivery.
The delivery boy (RINKU)called in the morning for the delivery, and i asked him not to deliver as i was unavailable.
He then asked if he could deliver on other other floor, i denied due to covid situation no one will entertain him.
Specifically i told him to take both the packets back and deliver them tomorrow.
After 3-4 hours i received a message that my prepaid order is being delivered.
I came back home in the evening and i found no packet at the door step.
Why is it so that the prepaid orders are kept outside even if we request the delivery agent not to deliver. Then what is the purpose of the service??
Is there no value of elses money?? That is why he left the prepaid order outside and not the COD one.
This is not the first time this is happening.
On one hand you want us to choose prepaid options and on the other hand this is what the customer gets??
I want a strict action against this delivery agent and my refund as well. And who knows if this delivery agent took the packet with him??
I would like you to come forward in favour as this could happen with anyone.
