Stupid website. My money has been lost
We ordered a pink saree intead of that we received a lavender colour cheap saree at the rate of 869. There is no return policy available.
It is very difficult ti make a refund.
We want that money back otherwise we will move on to the court. There is no proper option for return.

I have recieved damaged and other product which I had not order
I have ordered women's selff design cardigan ( code :c243****) ,varia nt: freesize but today I received another one not that one which I order . Also the top that I recieved is totally dameged . So I want to return that top .

Complaint against delivery agent
My parcel was due tonight by 11 pm as per Flipkart, however the Ekart man called me at 16:12, just half a bell rang and it was gone... I saw the number was starting from +7...7777..
and when I checked country it showed Russia.. when we are warned against taking International calls so I did not bother to call back... however i recieved a message immediately that the delivery man tried contacting me but i did not attend his call... when the phone rang just half bell and shut, it's not my fault..
and then the number was an International Country code, how would i know it is Ekart or Flipkart number?? And then, why did the delivery man not call me again?
Is this the service Ekart provides the customers?? Its their responsibility to deliver the parcel anyhow on the committed date!!
Its my niece's 10th birthday today and that gift was for her, but because of the Agents layed back and Irresponsible Attitude, I will not be able to give her the Gift on her Birthday...
I want to Cancel the Order and an immediate Refund from Ekart Flipkart or whatever they are called, I don't give them a Single Star for their Irresponsibility and Unprofessionalism !!!

Order delay issue
I have faced same issue a couple of days ago .and I have come across the same issue again. Order delaying.
Without prior notice they have been delaying my order.They have been delaying the order for 4 days now.
It is unacceptable for such a big logistics and supply chain management company. Train your delivery persons well and induce good control.
