Dear Customer care,
I am one of your customers whose order's ecart tracking number is NMBP000355****
I had ordered one item from Martonist on 31st May and it was sent through your courier service with the given tracking number. Till now it has not reached to me.
When I tracked my order's shipment on your tracking website it shows that it was delivered to Singsandra Village on 5th June at 10:05pm
I live in Electronic City, Phase I Bangalore and not in Singsandra Village. You can confirm my address in your shipment address.
I am attaching screensho t of the shipping and billing address of the same ecart shipping order.
Also I am attaching two screenshots of two different tracking trails of my shipment. In the tracking trail in your website it shows that it was delivered to me in Singsandra Village on 5th June at 10:05 pm but I have not received anything till date and I live in Electronic City Phase I and not in Singh Sandra village.
The second tracking trail says that it was gone to MP-JaipurHub on June 5th at 18:22. It is still in the process of delivery.
Now prior to MP-Jaipurhub it was in Singhsandra and was out for delivery at 10:20 am
Till out for delivery on 5th June 10:20 am both the tracking history of the shipment match. But further there is some issue as one says it is delivered and I never received it.
I tried to contact Ecart logistics but they are not responding.
So I have written to you. Hope I will get some answer from you and you will help me to get my order shipment back.
