I have placed an order for JBL Airpods and Sony Neckband--Order #2253 (scrrenshot attached)

I got a message from ekart for order delivery.

The tracking ID number was :"tracking ID SMPC0000159786" and "EKART Wish Master (call 0705205****, PIN 127"[SMS screenshot attached]

I got call room delivery agent and he asked to pay via scanning code.

I asked delivery agent for email communication about order so he said I issue with server and he has to make urgent deliveries so please pay fast.

I Scanned theQR code so it directed me to eKart id(screen shot attached).

When I opened the parcel I was able to see inky a neckband I JBL Box which was not what I ordered and there was no AirPods in the package. The eck band is neither a Sony product nor a JBL product. I tried calling customer support but there was no response.

I got link to provide feedback so I mentioned the issue there.

Please look into tbis matter as soon as possible.

User's recommendation: Please check for Email communication about your order before paying to Delivery agent.

Monetary Loss: $1599.
